My stay at Novotel was excellent. The location was perfect, with a tram stop right in front of the building, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. I also appreciated the Bern transit pass that was provided for my family. The breakfast offered was good, and the food at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time here! The location was great - a tram stop just across the street took us everywhere we needed to go. We also loved the room service - our room was always clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeping staff. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The restaurant and lounge area were lovely and perfect for a relaxing night in. We also enjoyed using the free Wi-Fi and fitness center. this place was luxurious and provided great comfort and quality services.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a tram station, making it easy to access the city centre and explore all that Bern has to offer. the hotel provides free tram tickets, which is a great bonus for getting around on local transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options. Plus, the staff at the reception are extremely helpful, providing excellent directions and recommendations for exploring the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the convenient parking options available.
